S1PR2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, S1PR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,673 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible S1PR2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ICAM1, JUP, and VWA8. Each is linked with S1PR2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both S1PR2-to-partner and partner-to-S1PR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, S1PR2 versus ICAM1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (S1PR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→S1PR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
