S1PR2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, S1PR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,901 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible S1PR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FBXL12, FAM171A2, and HAPLN3. Each is linked with S1PR2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both S1PR2-to-partner and partner-to-S1PR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, S1PR2 versus FBXL12 in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (S1PR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→S1PR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
