S1PR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, S1PR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible S1PR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1L3, OR5V1, and MRGPRX1. Each is linked with S1PR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both S1PR1-to-partner and partner-to-S1PR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR1L3 grouped by S1PR1-low versus S1PR1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (S1PR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→S1PR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
