Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, S100G Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated S100G data layer compared with 15 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher S100G Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated S100G expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA are the cancer types where S100G Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
