S100B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, S100B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,555 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible S100B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are COTL1, TNFAIP8L2, and ARHGAP9. Each is linked with S100B in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both S100B-to-partner and partner-to-S100B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, S100B versus COTL1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (S100B→partner) and Y-score (partner→S100B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
