Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, S100B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 94 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible S100B-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR548H2, MIR1273H, and RN7SL820P. Each is linked with S100B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both S100B-to-partner and partner-to-S100B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR548H2 grouped by S100B-low versus S100B-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (S100B→partner) and Y-score (partner→S100B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
