S100A9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, S100A9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 110 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible S100A9-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1D4, RNU6-421P, and MIR574. Each is linked with S100A9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both S100A9-to-partner and partner-to-S100A9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR1D4 grouped by S100A9-low versus S100A9-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (S100A9→partner) and Y-score (partner→S100A9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
