Across TCGA cell cohorts, S100A14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,450 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible S100A14-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to indole-3-methanol, Cellular response to indole-3-methanol, and Bundle of His cell to Purkinje myocyte communication. Each is linked with S100A14 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both S100A14-to-partner and partner-to-S100A14 results are reported.
