The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher S100A12 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated S100A12 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, SCLC, and LUAD are the cancer types where S100A12 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
