S100A11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, S100A11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,006 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible S100A11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are S100A11_S6, BAIAP2L1, and MEMO1. Each is linked with S100A11 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both S100A11-to-partner and partner-to-S100A11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, S100A11 versus S100A11_S6 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.86.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (S100A11→partner) and Y-score (partner→S100A11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
