Across TCGA cell cohorts, S100A11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,310 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible S100A11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Defense response to bacterium, Plasma membrane organization, and Regulation of calcium ion transport into cytosol. Each is linked with S100A11 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both S100A11-to-partner and partner-to-S100A11 results are reported.
