S100A10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, S100A10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,234 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible S100A10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NIBAN2, ERO1A, and AHNAK2. Each is linked with S100A10 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both S100A10-to-partner and partner-to-S100A10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (S100A10→partner) and Y-score (partner→S100A10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
