RYR3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RYR3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,331 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RYR3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SGCD, LRP1, and CNN3. Each is linked with RYR3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RYR3-to-partner and partner-to-RYR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RYR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RYR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
