RYK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RYK RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,864 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RYK-associated proteins across cancer lineages are USP39, ZNF148, and FXR1. Each is linked with RYK in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RYK-to-partner and partner-to-RYK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RYK versus USP39 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RYK→partner) and Y-score (partner→RYK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
