Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RYK protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,513 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RYK-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP185, RPL23P8, and RENBP. Each is linked with RYK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RYK-to-partner and partner-to-RYK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RYK versus RN7SKP185 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RYK→partner) and Y-score (partner→RYK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
