Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RYK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 254 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RYK-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01903, RN7SKP29, and TRPC7. Each is linked with RYK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RYK-to-partner and partner-to-RYK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01903 grouped by RYK-low versus RYK-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RYK→partner) and Y-score (partner→RYK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
