Across TCGA cell cohorts, RYK RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,959 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RYK-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Midbrain dopaminergic neuron differentiation, Positive regulation of cytoplasmic translation, and Cellular response to hydrostatic pressure. Each is linked with RYK in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RYK-to-partner and partner-to-RYK results are reported.
