Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RYK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RYK-associated genes across cancer lineages are C3orf85, PRR23B, and MAGEB4. Each is linked with RYK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RYK-to-partner and partner-to-RYK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C3orf85 grouped by RYK-low versus RYK-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RYK→partner) and Y-score (partner→RYK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
