RXYLT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RXYLT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,345 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RXYLT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTCO3P1, RNU7-176P, and OR10K2. Each is linked with RXYLT1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RXYLT1-to-partner and partner-to-RXYLT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTCO3P1 grouped by RXYLT1-low versus RXYLT1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RXYLT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RXYLT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
