Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNA5SP329 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNA5SP329 expression is associated with patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in KICH. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNA5SP329 is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Additionally, RNA5SP329 RNA expression shows 6,207 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in HNSC. Together, these results highlight KICH, BRCA, and HNSC as cancer lineages where RNA5SP329 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
