RXRA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RXRA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RXRA-associated genes across cancer lineages are C10orf53, MSGN1, and TAFA1. Each is linked with RXRA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RXRA-to-partner and partner-to-RXRA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RXRA→partner) and Y-score (partner→RXRA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
