RXFP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RXFP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,238 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RXFP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SYTL3_S243, PDZD2_S2341, and C11orf96_S399. Each is linked with RXFP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RXFP2-to-partner and partner-to-RXFP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RXFP2 versus SYTL3_S243 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RXFP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RXFP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
