Across TCGA patient cohorts, RXFP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,942 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RXFP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Actin polymerization or depolymerization, Regulation of protein polymerization, and Myeloid leukocyte differentiation. Each is linked with RXFP2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RXFP2-to-partner and partner-to-RXFP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Actin polymerization or depolymerization grouped by RXFP2-low versus RXFP2-high in STAD.
