RWDD3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RWDD3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,248 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RWDD3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPS8_S160, SLTM, and SRRT. Each is linked with RWDD3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RWDD3-to-partner and partner-to-RWDD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RWDD3 versus RPS8_S160 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RWDD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RWDD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
