The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher RWDD2A Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RWDD2A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC, STAD, and SKCM are the cancer types where RWDD2A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
