Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RWDD2A mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RWDD2A data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), where higher RWDD2A mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RWDD2A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PDAC show a favorable association.
GBM, PDAC, and LSCC are the cancer types where RWDD2A mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
