Across TCGA patient cohorts, RWDD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,783 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RWDD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DRG2, LATS1_S464, and MAP3K4. Each is linked with RWDD1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RWDD1-to-partner and partner-to-RWDD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RWDD1 versus DRG2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
