Across TCGA patient cohorts, RWDD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 96 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RWDD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCBD1, METTL1P1, and UFD1. Each is linked with RWDD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RWDD1-to-partner and partner-to-RWDD1 results are reported.
