Across TCGA cell cohorts, RWDD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,017 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RWDD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of ubiquitin protein ligase activity, Spermine biosynthetic process, and Glutaminyl-tRNAGln biosynthesis via transamidation. Each is linked with RWDD1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RWDD1-to-partner and partner-to-RWDD1 results are reported.
