Across TCGA patient cohorts, RUVBL2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,663 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RUVBL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RUVBL1, MRPL3, and UMPS. Each is linked with RUVBL2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RUVBL2-to-partner and partner-to-RUVBL2 results are reported.
