Across TCGA patient cohorts, RUVBL2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RUVBL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, PDCD4, and PDK1_pS241. Each is linked with RUVBL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RUVBL2-to-partner and partner-to-RUVBL2 results are reported.
