Across TCGA cell cohorts, RUVBL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,794 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RUVBL2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Telomerase RNA localization to Cajal body, Telomerase RNA localization, and DNA replication initiation. Each is linked with RUVBL2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RUVBL2-to-partner and partner-to-RUVBL2 results are reported.
