Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RUVBL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RUVBL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1QL2, LGI1, and NKX2-6. Each is linked with RUVBL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RUVBL2-to-partner and partner-to-RUVBL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C1QL2 grouped by RUVBL2-low versus RUVBL2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RUVBL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RUVBL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
