Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RUVBL1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RUVBL1 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher RUVBL1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RUVBL1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM and ACC are the cancer types where RUVBL1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
