Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RUVBL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 744 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RUVBL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTCYBP10, OR6K1P, and RNA5SP405. Each is linked with RUVBL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RUVBL1-to-partner and partner-to-RUVBL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTCYBP10 grouped by RUVBL1-low versus RUVBL1-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RUVBL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RUVBL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
