Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RUSF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,251 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RUSF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LONP2, KPNB1, and DOHH. Each is linked with RUSF1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RUSF1-to-partner and partner-to-RUSF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RUSF1 versus LONP2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RUSF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RUSF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
