Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RUSF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,019 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RUSF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6796, CPAMD8, and PBK. Each is linked with RUSF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RUSF1-to-partner and partner-to-RUSF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6796 grouped by RUSF1-low versus RUSF1-high in LIHC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RUSF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RUSF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
