RUSF1

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RUSF1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RUSF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are STAT3_pY705, P-Cadherin, and PI3K-p110-a. Each is linked with RUSF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RUSF1-to-partner and partner-to-RUSF1 results are reported.
