Across TCGA cell cohorts, RUSF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,426 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Myeloma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RUSF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BABAM2, POFUT1, and KDM3A. Each is linked with RUSF1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RUSF1-to-partner and partner-to-RUSF1 results are reported.
