RUSC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RUSC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,591 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RUSC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FDPS, PRPF4, and IPO9. Each is linked with RUSC1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RUSC1-to-partner and partner-to-RUSC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RUSC1 versus FDPS in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RUSC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RUSC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
