Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RUSC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,692 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RUSC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDUFAF8, SLC25A39, and TACO1. Each is linked with RUSC1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RUSC1-to-partner and partner-to-RUSC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RUSC1 versus NDUFAF8 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RUSC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RUSC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
