Across TCGA patient cohorts, RUSC1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RUSC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, PCNA, and GSK-3_pS9. Each is linked with RUSC1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RUSC1-to-partner and partner-to-RUSC1 results are reported.
