Across TCGA cell cohorts, RUSC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,656 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RUSC1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA integrity checkpoint signaling, Chromosome condensation, and Regulation of protein sumoylation. Each is linked with RUSC1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RUSC1-to-partner and partner-to-RUSC1 results are reported.
