Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RUSC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,618 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RUSC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM37, MX2, and ZNF621. Each is linked with RUSC1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RUSC1-to-partner and partner-to-RUSC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RUSC1 versus TMEM37 in BLOOD_Leukemia, with a Pearson correlation of -0.20.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RUSC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RUSC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
