Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RUNX3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,043 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RUNX3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD3G, PARP15, and TRGC2. Each is linked with RUNX3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RUNX3-to-partner and partner-to-RUNX3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RUNX3 versus CD3G in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RUNX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RUNX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
