Across TCGA cell cohorts, RUNDC3B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,580 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RUNDC3B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Gamma-aminobutyric acid signaling pathway, Presynaptic active zone organization, and Cytoplasmic translation. Each is linked with RUNDC3B in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RUNDC3B-to-partner and partner-to-RUNDC3B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Gamma-aminobutyric acid signaling pathway grouped by RUNDC3B-low versus RUNDC3B-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
