RUNDC3A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RUNDC3A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,817 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RUNDC3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are HAPLN2, VAMP2, and SNRPD3. Each is linked with RUNDC3A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RUNDC3A-to-partner and partner-to-RUNDC3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RUNDC3A versus HAPLN2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RUNDC3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RUNDC3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
