RUNDC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RUNDC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 437 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RUNDC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAB9AP4, LYPLA1P1, and RNU6-223P. Each is linked with RUNDC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RUNDC1-to-partner and partner-to-RUNDC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RUNDC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RUNDC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
