Across TCGA patient cohorts, RUFY2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,517 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RUFY2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NHLRC2, ADO, and HDAC2. Each is linked with RUFY2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RUFY2-to-partner and partner-to-RUFY2 results are reported.
