RUFY2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RUFY2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RUFY2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR5H2, SLITRK3, and UGT2B4. Each is linked with RUFY2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RUFY2-to-partner and partner-to-RUFY2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RUFY2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RUFY2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
